Aside from how easily noise gets through (from parties or music), everything is fairly nice. Though all things considered, the sectioned couch is perhaps more of an annoyance (because the individual parts easily slide out of place in a couch configuration) than a benefit. Providing something to bind parts with when you combine them would be nice.

I love living at The Exchange! We've never had any major issues, and any small issues that we have had were fixed almost instantly from the maintenance man. Would recommend to anyone, and have!
